What do you guys think of the NEW Website? Couple things to check out.

  1. Mobility page:  Amy will be posting any updates concerning mobility or things she might want you working on here.  Check it often.
  2. Nutrition page:  We have provided some general nutrition info here also there is a direct link to our New year New You Challenge.  Any new info will be posted here, so check this often too.
  3. WOD to email:  If you would like us to email  you as soon as the WOD is posted enter your email here .
  4. Leader Board: Check out our very own GLORY BOARD! Fun to see your names everywhere.
Coming Soon
  1. Newsletter:  If you would like the Newsletter emailed to you each month there will be a spot to enter your email
  2. Calendar:  A calendar with all the month events will soon be up.  This way you can plan accrodingly and stay in the loop.
*We are still working out a few kinks so be patient with us if things don't seem to be running right.  Thanks to all of you for your support and for believing in this CrossFit way of life.
