New Year New You Nutrition Challenge Test WOD
1. 12 min AMRAP
500 Meter Row (record your row time before starting rds)
then with whatever time is remaining complete as many rounds/reps as possible of:
10 KBS (35/55)
10 Burpee's
10 Wall Ball (15/20)
Score - record your 500 meter time as well as completed Rounds/Reps
*We will be re-testing this in 30 days so please write on the board exactly what weight you used. You will do it EXACTLY the same in 30 days.
*If there is not enough rowers pair up, second person starts on the 4 min
