Today we start our

CFCody Movement Standards Tests

We will be taking the next 4 months to complete all 4 levels. Take some time to look these over and make some goals.  September is designated for  LEVEL 1 ONLY.    These next 4 months will be a great way to complete your goals and improve overall fitness.  If you have questions or need help making goals talk with a trainer.  The Movement Standards sheets will be in binders at the front desk.
