HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday -Regular class times (Wednesday is a regular day NOT a rest day) -No Olympic Lifting this week Thursday (Thanksgiving) -Open Gym 8-9:30am **DO NOT come later than 9am to allow time for the workout. There will be a WOD posted but you may do whatever you like.
