1.  Conditioning 7 RFT: 7 Hang Squat Cleans, 95/65 7 Bar Facing Burpees 7 Pull ups 2. Death by HSPU or Alternating KB Snatch 35/55 (Count by 2's) or Double Unders (Count by 10's) HSPU - On the first minute do 1 rep, 2 on the second, 3 on the third.... Alt KB Snatch - On the first min do 2 reps, 4 on the second, 6 on the third.... Double Unders - On the first min do 10 reps, 20 on the second, 40 on the third....until you can no longer complete the prescribed reps inside the minute. (The prescribed reps don't need to be unbroken.) 1. Barbell Conditioning A. EMOMx6: 3 Squat Snatches at 65% Rest 3 min B. EMOMx6: 3 Squat Clean and Jerks at 65% C. Death by Kipping HSPU or Alternating KB Snatch 35/55 (Count by 2's) or Double Unders (Count by 10's) HSPU - On the first minute do 1 rep, 2 on the second, 3 on the third.... Alt KB Snatch - On the first min do 2 reps, 4 on the second, 6 on the third.... Double Unders - On the first min do 10 reps, 20 on the second, 40 on the third....until you can no longer complete the prescribed reps inside the minute.
