MEMORIAL DAY MURPH schedule
Monday May 29th, Memorial Day, we will not have regular class. We will have OPEN GYM style from 7-9am.
Murph 1 mile run 100 pull ups 200 push ups 300 squats 1 mile run
will be the 'recommended' workout but you are welcome to do whatever you feel for that day. You may complete murph as a team and you can also split the pull ups, push ups, and squats up however you feel. Please allow enough time for this workout. Doors close at 9am.
