Teams of 3 AMRAP 25: 120/90 Calorie row 75 Thrusters (95/65) 10 Rope Climbs 120/90 Calorie row 75 Power Snatches (115/80) 10 Rope Climbs 120/90 Calorie row 75 Clean and Jerks (135/95) 10 Rope Climbs Rope climb sub: 5 pull ups + 5 T2B/ 1 rope climb *1 teammate at each movement. Every 2 min rotating movements. If one movement is done before the others continue to work, one teammate on the same movement at a time, till the first triplet - row, barbell, rope climbs-are all complete.  Then move onto the next triplet.
