2 EASY STEPS

Step 1:  Drop in for your first FREE WOD!

  • You may participate on a scaled level or just watch, whatever you are comfortable with.

Step 2:  Schedule a FOUNDATIONS COURSE

  • We require all CFCody members take a 1-2 day foundations course BEFORE they participate in class workouts.
  • CrossFit introduces olympic lifts, gymnastic skills and functional movements that demand precise technique to achieve results.  For new members the emphasis will be on technique, range of motion and skill mastery. Once the foundation courses are completed you will progress to a CrossFit group class and experience the intensity CrossFit is famous for.  Technique, Consistency, Intensity.
