There is no mobility today. Rest up, get outdoors if you can. To clarify the point of the strength training before a WOD, the goal is to steadily increase your strength levels in all areas so you can increase the weight you use in a WOD. Please, scale your WOD weights based on the charts we have posted on the wall. Let the strength WOD be your strength training, and the main WOD be your METCON/assistance work. In other words if the bar speed during a WOD is always slow, you are training yourself to be slow. Read THIS for more info. Reminder All those interested in the Affiliate Cup on FEb 16th we are having a meeting Saturday @ 8:30, WOD to follow. Please come even if you are not sure. We can take 4 teams instead of 2...?!! Will be a really fun event. *NyNu Challenge people we will NOT be having a meeting this Sat due to the affiliate cup meeting. Sorry no bonus point :(. This is your LAST weekend. Stay strong.
