"King Kong" (scaled)
3 rounds for time;
- 1 DL at 90% of your max
- 2 Muscle Ups (or 6 pull ups/6 ring dips)
- 3 squat cleans at 85% of your max
- 4 Hand Stand Push Ups
then, 5 minute AMRAP
- 10 knees to elbows
- 10 box jumps 16/20
