Great work to everyone today!Ā  You could feel the excitement in the gym for the Open and the results showed it, let's keep it going!

WOD will be the Open WOD 13.1 @ 8:00 a.m.

17 minute AMRAP of: 40 BurpeesĀ  30 Snatch, 75 / 45 lbsĀ  30 Burpees 30 Snatch, 135 / 75 lbsĀ  20 Burpees 30 Snatch, 165 / 100 lbsĀ  10 burpees Max rep Snatch, 210 / 120 lbsĀ 

It would be great to see everyone show up, cheer on the athletes who haven't completed the WOD or retest if you'd like.

Or if you simply want to roll out any soreness, practiceĀ a skill, or go for a light run down by the river.Ā
