13.3 is here! Everyone get ready for some WALL BALLS, DOUBLE UNDERS & MUSCLE UPS!

Like last week we will be doing this WOD during class on Friday, tomorrow.  We only have 2 sets of rings so those of you that can do muscle ups will be rotating through them.  If you feel time crunched during your regular class time we will do this again on Saturday @ 8am. Also Friday evening during and after class time we will have more time to get more people done.

We will have Mobility tonight @ 5:30.  

Come get your shoulder & legs ready.  Also work on any Muscle Up and Double Under technique.
