The CrossFit Open is starting this Wednesday! We'll have in an gym competition just like last year by forming two teams and following the same point system as the open follows. We'd like to see everyone sign up for the Open, however if you want to be in the gym competition but don't want to sign up for the Open sign your name on the white board and we'll get you on a team.
We will be having the Crossfit Open workouts on Saturdays at 8:00 a.m. only.

push press 45 lbs
supermans
wall ball 20 lb

double unders
Shane will be gone for the whole month of March but will be back starting in April
