Gym Notes:

We are adding extra Mobility classes!

Starting this week Tuesdays & Thursdays Amy will be offering Mobility from 12-1, as well as Evening Mobility Thursdays @ 5:30.  This is free to all CFCody members.  If you would like to invite non-CFC-members the cost is $10/class.

40 Day Challenge: Push Press (45/65)

Choose one of the following:  we will be doing a 6 week pure strength and a normal crossfit WOD each day.

Strength: Max Effort Back Squat- 20 min

Conditioning:

Sqt Snatch 2 x 55%

7 Pull-Ups

10 Box Jumps 16/20

5 rds

OR:

Max Effort Back Squat

100 Banded good mornings

10 x 2 KB Push Press (one in each hand) x 35/55

3 x 10 bicept curls

3x 10 ring dips
