WOD: In teams of two complete 5 rds of the following with one partner resting and one partner working. 65/115 7 DL 7 High Pulls 7 Hang Cleans 7 Push Press 7 Back Spuats Each partner must complete all 35 reps before the next partner can start. Only rest as long as your partner is working.  As soon as they finish you have 5 sec. to pick up the bar. *10 burpee penalty at end of 5 rds every time you or your partner has to set the bar down before completing set

Amazing Race 3

-If you have yet to sign up get your name on the whiteboard ASAP.  We will be putting teams together today.  We are in need of some 'judges' for the RACE.  If you want to be involved but don't want to participate put your name on the board with 'judge' next to it.  If you have spouses that don't do CF but would be willing to help out with this let us know. -We will have all the DETAILS as well as TEAMS together Thurs. -After the Race we will be BBQing at Hugh Smith Park, right by the gym. Invite the family! We will have a few babysitters at the park that can watch kids during the race, post to comments if you would like to take part in this.  CFCody will provide Hamburgers & Hot Dogs please bring something to share. We did get an open container permit so you may bring adult beverages if you would like!!

5:15 & 6:15am classes: Bring sides

8:30 & 9:30 & 5:30pm classes: Bring dessert
