STRENGTH / SKILL A. Bulgarian Split Squat x 6-8 reps each leg @ 30X1 ( foot elevated on low box) Rest 2 minutes B. Supinated Grip Strict Pull-Ups x 4-6 reps Rest 2 minutes Four sets CONDITIONING Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of: 12 Wall Ball Shots 9 Toes To Bar 6 Burpees Gym Note 1- the apparel re-order sheet is on the front desk.
