Gym Notes

For those of you that might not know our amazing Open Gym coach Shane is getting married this Sept! We are really excited for him and his knew wife to be Shera.  We wish you both the best of luck!  On top of this he is leaving us at the end of this month.  He and his knew wife are moving to Ohio where Shane will continue to train and coach at West Side Barbell.  We have been really lucky to have him this past year and are truly going to miss him. Get in to Open Gym and learn from him these next few weeks.  You WILL NOT regret it.
