*every 3 mins flip big tire to cone then continue where you left off with drag. -continue this pattern for 15 min
MID-LINE
25 sit ups 25 super mans 3x
*notes Split class into 2 groups. One group starts with SKILL other starts with WOD. Switch after 15 min
