Tis the season for good/bad for you food, vacations, holiday parties, and overall lifestyle change/slips. We will be doing a NEW YEAR challenge but we also would like to challenge all of you to NOT lose it over the holidays. Those of you that have been apart of previous challenges now have establish some kind of positive lifestyle, we hope. If this will be your first challenge please talk to Mindy about how to enjoy the holidays without losing everything you have worked so hard for. We would also like your input on what kind of challenge would encourage long term outcomes. Post to comments or let your trainers know any ideas or suggestions your might have. The GOAL is for each participant to make a positive lifestyle change for the long term not just during the challenge. What will help you make that happen?
