Schedule Change

CF Striking will be this Thursday immediately following Mobility @ 6:30pm. NOT tonight.

due to the delay of school the 8:30 CF class has been pushed back to 9:30am. Sorry for the inconvenience.

WOD

TABATA - 8 rounds of: 20 sec of WORK, 10 sec of REST for each exercise.

Weighted sit ups (25/45) KB or plate

Box Jumps (20/24) - Games Standards

Push Press (45/45)

Deadlifts (155/225)

*Complete all 8 rds of sit ups before moving on to BJ and so on... Score is total reps per station.

SU: 50

BJ: 67

PP: 40

DL: 48
