EMOMx7: 2 Snatches - drop from the top and start your second rep within 5 seconds. Heavy as possible w/o misses.
2. Metcon
30-20-10 reps for time of:

HSPU
*Scale HSPU as needed w regular pushups. Ex 30 snatches 10HSPU 20 PU, 20 Snatches 10 HSPU 10 PU

Wed - REST DAY - Mobility / Striking week to week
Thurs - 5:15 / 6:15/ 8:30/5:30PM
Fri -5:15 / 6:15/ 8:30/5:30PM
Sat - 9:30 TEAM / Additional Games prep workout for those wanting
The reasoning behind the change is that after 2 very intense workouts the vast majority of our clientele's bodies are ready for rest and recovery. Wed ( WO#3) is our least attended, poorest form, least intense and most complained about WOD of the week. Crossfit is centered around intensity of knowledge of your body. If you cannot complete the WO at the intensity it was intended then it doesn't complete the intended purposes. A rest day in the middle of the week will allow clients to push hard Mon / Tues have an active rest day Wed and come back strong Thurs and Fri. This would allow individuals 4 quality workouts per week with the option of a 5th on Sat. Please talk to your trainers if you have any questions or comments. Thanks for understanding.
