*In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep. Score will be one large number.
-This WOD will be ran every 30 min. with the first Group starting at 5:30am and the last @ 7:00am. Morning open gym will end at 7:15. Please be on time. The evening first group will start at 5:15pm and the last group will start at 6:45pm. Make sure to get there and get warmed up. If you are late you will wait till the next group.
