The Wyoming Affiliate Cup is this Sat. Who is the fittest gym in Wyoming? We will be taking 6 of our fittest to Sheridan for an all day competition. If you want to cheer us on and watch some great competition talk to a trainer about times.
Competitors:
Take this week to work on "chunks" of the wods for timing and pacing. Continue to lift and workout till Wed but try 5 min of a WOD and see how it feels and/or become more efficient at snatch. MOBILITY MOBILITY MOBILITY.
We will try to meet Wed night and discuss how to not barf.
