EMOM x 15 1st 5 min: 4 Power Snatches - no TnG work position from floor 2nd 5 min: 2 Power Snatches (no TnG) + 2 Power Snatches TnG 3rd 5 min: 4 TnG Power Snatches - make 'em pretty *PERFECT form, work bar path & technique. Try to eliminate looking like a START FISH at the finish position.
