How's it going?

- We have had a few people contact us that don't have a complete 6 person team but would like to participate.  If you are short a few people let Mindy know and we can set you up.

- Also, the sooner we have registration forms in, this does not have to be money as well, the sooner we can start giving you hints on what "might" appear in the workout.

Remember everything is DUE APRIL 1ST

- Registration forms can be picked up at the Gym, Sunlight sports and Sports HQ.  Please return them to CrossFit Cody or Mindy directly.
