21 power Snatches (80/115)
Skill x 10 min
Work on Handstand walk and/or push ups
3-4 rounds of:
30 sec handstand hold
without coming off the wall 3-5 HSPU
45 sec - 1 min Handstand walk practice

We have about 6 teams so far! our GOAL is 10, let's make it happen!! Remember this event is for EVERYONE and ANY fitness level. Spread the word and get friends and family involved in a great cause. You have about a week left to get teams and donations together. Please let us know if you need help completing your team. We have a few individuals still looking to be involved.
