Team WOD Great job on 14.3. I am always amazed at how deep people can dig with the help of others. We had several people REP their NEW DL MAX. Your back will be sore and tight. Don't be alarmed but you will need to roll it out and loosen it up. Choose the best workout you and do it at a recovery pace. Barbell w partner 100 Back Squats for time, 135/95 - no racks. Every time you drop the bar BOTH partners must run 200 m OR Row out that sore back. w partner 500 m row / 400 m run / 500 m row / 400 m run OR Cindy on the run w partner. Both must complete entire workout and cannot move on until both partners are complete. 400 m run 3 rounds of Cindy: 5 pullups / 10 pushups / 15 squats 400 m run 3 rounds 400m 3 rounds 400m 3 rounds
