*Treat this as a congo line. Partner 1 completes Squat Cleans then Partner 2 starts Squat Cleans and Partner 1 moves to HSPU....move through each station 4 times each.  partner 2 can not pass partner 1

45 sec plank hold 12 plank push ups 3 sets *focus on keeping back parallel to floor throughout movement.
