Many of you have been asking about the volume of squating we are doing. We are currently in a strength cycle and gaining strength mean SQUATING! If you are not interested in the strength cycle then just complete the the Metcon. However, we STRONGLY suggest following the strength program. Although they look like a lot, all the workouts may be done within an hour IF you start on time and push hard. To quote the great Mark Rippletoe "Strong people are harder to kill and more useful in life in general."
