Use this time to practice this skill, 4 rounds of either:

  • Hand stand holds (you pick time :15, :30, :45, 1 min. rounds)
  • Hand stand hold on wall (facing) to taking steps off wall
  • Partner assisted hand stand walking
  • Hand stand walk for distance

30 hang power cleans 95/135
