Gym Notes
You may have noticed we started putting strength and skill work after the METCON. We think these are VERY important and recommend each of you to take time to complete all that is programmed, however we also understand everyone's Goals are different and everyone should get what they need out of each day in order to accomplish these goals. We also understand TIME is a factor as well. Our #1 job is to help you accomplish your goals. If that means you come in everyday and just work on olympic lifts or do the METCON only we support you and will help anyway we can. Please let us know your goals so we can better assist you each day. the GOAL BOARDs is another great tool to get these goals accomplished. We want you all to be successful in and out of the gym.
