1. For time: 800 Meter Run 40 Pull-Ups 30 Thrusters (95/65) 20 Lateral Barbell Burpees Calling all Crossfitters! We have a great opportunity to work with a seasoned yoga instructor who has been helping Crossfitters loosen up and relax those shortened muscles. Laura Vanderberg has moved back to Cody and would like to offer a 5:45 am class on Wednesdays. The first class will be held next Wednesday Nov. 5th 5:45am at 325 Roberts Street. Please post to comments if you are interested in this class and if the 5:45am class time works for you. Class will go to 6:45 or 7:00 and cost is $10 for a drop in/$45 for a 5 time pass/$80 for a 10 time pass.
