CFCody is launching a NEW class CROSSFIT LITE!

WHAT IS CROSSFIT LITE?

A CrossFit Lite workout has the same principles as a regular CrossFit class (Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement) except we will focus mainly on Metabolic Conditioning (Met Con) with scaled down weights or body weight movements. This class is a great introduction to what a regular CrossFit workout would be like-just a little lighter.

WHO IS IT FOR?

CrossFit Lite is geared towards those who:
  • Are intimidated by any of the notions they have of CrossFit.
  • Have had lengthy layoffs from a fitness program and want to start getting back into fitness with a “jogging” start.

WHEN ARE CROSSFIT LITE CLASSES?

  • Tuesday, Thursday, Friday @ 9:30am

Gym Notes

New apparel is in the works! Samples of the Tee's, Tanks & Long sleeves are at the gym, Guys we are using the same long sleeve as we did last order.  We will get a sample there.  Please pre-order this week so we can get them ordered ASAP.  Order forms are at the gym.  Make sure to put colors and sizes.
