*January Challenge is DOUBLE UNDERS 
-There will be 2 levels to this:
1. Those that can string at least 10 together you will follow the UNBROKEN Goal sheet.  Reps will continue to build throughout the 30 days.  These reps MUST be UNBROKEN.
 
2. Those that are still working on stringing them together you will follow the TOTAL reps Goal sheet.  Reps will also continue to build for 30 days, you will complete TOTAL reps.
 
*The Best of The Mountain West competition is in Billing on the 24 of this Month.  Talk to a trainer if you are interested.  So far we have 3 registered! Lets show them who CFCody is!!!
