1. “Luke” 40 double unders 15 CJ, 155/105 400m Row 30 TTB 400m Row 45 Wall Balls, 20/14 40 Double unders 45 KBS, 55/35 400m Row 30 Ring Dips 400m Row 15 Lunges, 95/65 40 Double unders 2. Jerk - in 10 min work up to a heavy single Gym Notes *The website will be in and out for the next week while we make final improvements.  We should be able to post as usual but if not continue to check Facebook.  Sorry for the inconvenience. *January Challenge is DOUBLE UNDERS  -There will be 2 levels to this 1. Those that can string at least 10 together you will follow the UNBROKEN Goal sheet.  Reps will continue to build throughout the 30 days.  These reps MUST be UNBROKEN. 2. Those that are still working on stringing them together you will follow the TOTAL reps Goal sheet.  Reps will also continue to build for 30 days, you will complete TOTAL reps. *The Best of The Mountain West competition is in Billing on the 24 of this Month.  Talk to a trainer if you are interested.  So far we have 3 registered! Lets show them who CFCody is!!! *Who's ready for a FOOD CHALLENGE?! We will be starting a 30 day couples challenge SOON. More details to come but start getting your mind right & find a partner.
