REST DAY

We will be assembling teams for our in gym Crossfit Open competition.  If you didn't sign yourself up by putting an asterisk net to your name in the last week, please contact Mindy to get you on a team.   If you are on the fence about signing up, please remember this is only about participating and having fun!  After all it's just another WOD.

The "Open" WOD is posted every Thursday and we will do it in our gym every Friday during the main class times.
