BRONCSTRONG 5k/1 mile Run
Saturday, May 9, the Cody High School senior class is putting on a 5k run/walk and 1 mile run/walk with all the proceeds going to help the families in last months car accident. The race starts at 9am in front of the Cody High Sweitzer gym. To register online go to www.tinyurl.com/BroncStrong or you can pick up registration forms at sports HQ. We will be canceling Saturday class and encouraging all of you to help support this great cause.

Strict Pull Ups
*how this will work - we will be adding 1 Pull Up each day. These DO NOT need to be unbroken and you may use a LIGHT band if you can not do strict, Make this challenging. You may also use the kip/butterfly once your strict go.
If you have a strong strict pull up work strict Chest to Bar, when those go work strict Chin over the bar.
- The goal -
*max out on strict pulls Everyday before using your kip
*build muscular endurance to improve you Kipping pull up
*get your first Strict Pull up, if you never have before.
