Starting next week we will be having OPEN GYM on Wednesdays ONLY. We are also inviting anyone that is interested to meet at this time, 11:30-1pm, on Wednesday at the gym to do interval training for the Yellowstone Half Marathon.

3 rounds of:

  • 1 minute HSPU
  • 1 minute rest
  • 1 minute of double unders
  • 1 minute rest
  • 1 minute C2B pull ups
  • 1 minute rest
*work on pushing back that anaerobic threshold limit, this should hurt!
