CF Regionals Team event 7-ish Team of 2: 30 Cal Row with a Deadlift hold (165/245) 30 Handstand Push ups with a Handstand hold 30 Toes 2 Bar with Hang 80 burpee's over the bar *Partner 1 will begin rowing while Partner 2 holds a deadlift.  Once Athlete 1 completes 30 cal partner 2 drops the Deadlift and moves to the rower.  If the DL bar is dropped the rowing Athlete must stop until the bar is off the ground again.  Once both Athletes have completed the 30 cal row they may moved to the wall and perform HSPU with one partner holding a HS hold while the other performs push ups. Once both Partners have competed 30 HSPU they may move to the Pull up bar and begin T2B in the same format.  the Workout is complete when both athletes have worked together, one athlete at a time, completing 100 burpee's.
