This past spring/summer we've had the opportunity of learning from this very talented lady. Starting this fall she will be pursuing her dream of improving the lives of kids at the elementary school level in Laramie. Although we are sad to see her go, we are excited to watch her grow and become an amazing teacher. Today's WOD is in honor of Christa! If you know her or have seen her workout you would agree that she is a WORKER! so that's what we will do today WORK!!
