1. Conditioning For time: GOLD & SILVER Options 30 Snatch 135/95 30 Clean and Jerks135/95 30 Thursters 135/95 *This will be done with a partner -

  • GOLD: One person completes all 30 reps while the other rests then switch.
  • SILVER: One person working at a time, split 30 reps between the 2 of you.
Cheer each other on, count for each other and help each other get through these 3 barbel movements. Score is total time it takes you both to finish. Then 2. Conditioning 4 RFT: 12 Goblet Squats 35/55 6 TTB

Monday January 11 Starts our 30 day NEW YEAR NEW YOU Nutrition Challenge. This challenge is going to be slightly different than our previous Challenges.

  1. This is an individual Challenge
  2. We will track points for this challenge through an APP on your smart phone
