The results are in for our 2016 New Year New You Nutrition challenge and they truly are incredible! In just 30 days there was a combine weight loss of 83.2lbs, 38.02 inches lost and WOD improvements were off the charts. Congrats to all those that participated and stuck with it to the end. We are very proud!

The CF games season is HERE! The OPEN starts Thursday, Feb 25th. For those of you unfamiliar with this time talk to a trainer about how to get involved. We will be doing our CFCody in-house competition. Write your name on the front white board and we will be dividing teams next week. This is a fun time to push yourself beyond your comfort zone or cheer on someone else as they complete their goals. Community is HUGE part of why we come to the gym everyday and competing with each other every week brings our CFCody family closer.
