Amazing job to all those that completed 16.1! Once again boundaries were pushed and expectations were exceeded. So many of you completed more than you thought possible and it's only week 1!! We can't wait to see what the next 4 weeks will bring.
Friday Night Lights
This Friday we would like to celebrate week 2 by getting together in true CFCody style for "Friday Night Lights". We will start the first heat around 4:30pm. Come cheer on your fellow CFitters and enjoy some good food and beverages to follow. CFCody will supply Beer & water, Please bring something to share. Kids allowed but they are not allowed in gym area during the WOD. See you there!
CFCody WOD 1. Conditioning 3 RFT: 15 Dead Lift 225/155 30 Wall Balls, 20/14 60 Double unders 2. Gymnastics Pulling 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 unbroken C2B Pull ups, *in between the EVEN sets 4 pistol, 2 on each leg Comp WOD 1. Snatch 3×1 at 80% 5×1 at 85% 3×1 at 80% then, Conditioning & Gymnastics
