Friday Night Lights - Tomorrow
Tomorrow we are celebrating week 2 by getting together in true CFCody style for "Friday Night Lights". We will start the first heat around 4:30pm. Come cheer on your fellow CFitters and enjoy some good food and beverages to follow. CFCody will supply Beer & water, Please bring something to share. Kids allowed but they are not allowed in gym area during the WOD.

Conditioning AMRAP 12: 2 Alternating 1-arm DB Snatches (1/side), 70/50/45/35 Run to the mailbox and back 4 Alternating 1-arm DB Snatches (2/side) Run to the mailbox and back 6 Alternating 1-arm DB Snatches (3/side) Run to the mailbox and back Continue as high as possible in within the twelve minute time cap. *weight should be challenging
