CFCody & Comp WOD Nutrition Challenge Re-Test WOD 'Fight Gone Bad' Three rounds of: Wall-ball, 20/15 pound ball Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75/55 pounds Box Jump, 20" box Push-press, 75/55 pounds Row (Calories) 1 min rest In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point. Remember to do this EXACTLY the same way you did it 30 days ago.  Your score cards are at the gym if you need a reminder. Make sure to write your score on a score card & on the board.

Holiday Schedule Monday - Wednesday Regular class schedule 5:15am, 6:15am, 8:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm *Wednesday is NOT a rest day. Thursday (Thanksgiving) Turkey WOD - 7-9am *This is open gym style.  Allow time for the Workout - Doors close at 9am. Friday & Saturday - CLOSED Nutrition Challenge Tomorrow is your final day, it is still an ACTIVE day so DON'T blow all your points.  Wednesday you are DONE!! We are so proud of you and can't wait to see the results all your hard work will produce! Mindy will be at the gym at 6am, 8:15am, 9:30am, 4pm & 5:30pm on both Monday & Tuesday. Please get with her to do measurements and final weigh-ins. If none of these times work contact her directly.
