Our Whole 30 Nutrition Challenge starts TODAY!

For those of you that missed the meeting last week it is not too late. You do not need to be a CFCody member to participate.  Mindy will be at the gym at 6am, 8:30am & 5:30pm to do measurements and weigh ins.  Tuesday will be the Pre-Test WOD. For those that are not CFCody members they must come in during regular class times to complete the WOD.  For  more info on what Whole 30 is visit www.whole30.com.

The purpose of our challenge is take this 30 days to eliminate all possible foods that could have a negative impact on our health and fitness. In order to truly test this we must eliminate everything...gluten, grains, dairy, lentils, legumes, sugar, alcohol. Making these changes will require some self control and planning, but the end result will be worth it.  Not only will we get a better understanding of how our body, positive or negative, is responding to food, we will also see several positive physical changes.  This will be a group effort!

Any recipes found can be posted to the website, CFCody facebook page or brought into the gym.  Use the white board in the lobby of the gym to communicate.  Lets work through this together!! We are very excited to see what the next 30 days will bring for all those that put in the work! Good luck.
