Whole 30 Nutrition Challenge
Pre-WOD
12 min AMRAP:
- 15 Wall Ball 14/20
- 12 Box Jumps 20/24
- 9 Toes 2 Bar or Med Ball sit ups
2 min rest
500 Meter Row for Time
*We will re-test this WOD in exactly 30 days. Even if you are not planning on doing the Whole 30 challenge, this is a great opportunity to test yourself!
*In order to get the most accurate results make sure to complete this WO exactly the same in 30 days. Make sure to write on your scorecard exactly what ball size & box height you use and if you do T2B or med ball sit ups. Also record any order changes. For sake of equipment some people may need to complete the 500 meter row first, record this if so.
