Last week was a good test week. We hope you all kept record of your scores so you can use them for future reference.  Strength workouts are just as important as conditioning workouts, one does not go without the other.  The load may vary from person to person on strength workouts but that does not make them any less important or needed.  Well done to all those that set new PRs and those that maintained or found a PR for the first time!
