“Grace” For Time: 30 Clean & Jerks (135/95#)
*scale wt as needed, post time and wt use on board.
*May do this as a team and share barbells, one person completes all 30 reps, then the other person goes.
No aspect of functional movements is more important than their capacity to move large loads over long distances, and to do so quickly. Grace accomplishes just that, testing how quickly you can get 30 reps from ground to shoulder and shoulder to overhead.
It's been awhile since we have tested Grace! Make every rep count..Good Luck!
