Tis' the season to be jolly....We are going to celebrate the Christmas season at Crossfit Cody with a

12 Days of Christmas Fitness Challenge.

Each day for the next 3 weeks, there will be a fitness challenge for all those who would like to participate.  At the end of the day, we will determine the top 3 Male/3 Female finishers.  There will be a prize for the male & female Champion of the Day!!!! You cannot win more than 3 prizes, the 2nd place finisher will be awarded the prize if the Champion has accumulated 3 prizes.  If you are unable to do the movement as prescribed, you are welcome to scale to participate, but winners will have to perform the task at RX.  Let the festivities begin!!!!

12 Days of Christmas Challenge: On the 2nd day of Christmas, my true love sent to me...... Max unbroken strict pullups (Rules:  2 attempts, any kind of grip, as many as you can do in a row before letting go of the bar)

21-18-15-12-9-6 Front Rack Lunges (105/75)(85/55) Toes 2 Bar/K2E/weighted sit ups finish or start with:  65 calorie bike/ski/row

PureFit WOD

15-12-9-6-3 Lunges* Knee raises/weighted sit ups -200 meter run/row after each set *Lunges can be done with weight
